Why Sunflower Nursery

Our broken orange doe, Jaffa, is a lovely fluffy rabbit with a fantastic mane. Her babies always take after her and are also very fluffy, making them look like little bundles of fur when they are tiny. Jaffa looks a lot like Bailey, our first rabbit, and is very similar in personality too - very laid back and takes everything in her stride. She builds lovely, warm, big nests due to all the fur she has to pull and her babies are always snuggly and warm even through the cold winter months.

Tilly is Sooty and Leo's daughter, she's a lovely sweet little lionhead, very fluffy like her Mum and with her Mum's wonderful, laid back, personality. She's going to be a stunning girl as she gets older, she's already a beautiful rabbit. She's very friendly, loves the company of other rabbits and is always at the front of the cage wanting love and attention.

Carrie is our absolutely stunning martin sable lionhead doe, she has lovely markings and is a lovely rabbit, both in her looks and in her nature. She is a natural Mum, spending all of her time with her babies when she has them. Nina loves nothing more than to sit and nibble on her favourite array of fresh veg including carrots, cabbage, green peppers and brocolli.

Jake is a stunning double maned broken agouti lionhead buck bred here at Sunflower Nursery from one of Jaffa's past litters. He lives a life of luxory with our friends at Dandelion Nursery but occssionally likes to come back for a visit to his girls.

Bramble is our very handsome double maned lionhead buck. He is black in colour with a lighter mane and skirt. He's a very sweet lad back buck who likes to spend time with his lady, often washing and grooming them very gently. He loves having time to run and play in the garden but most of all loves his cuddles. He will happily sit for hours letting you groom his long fur.

Sunflower Nursery Mini Lionheads

Here at Sunflower Nursery we currently have a small number of mini lionheads does for breeding but we are on the look out to extend our loving Mini Lionhead family so watch out for more gorgeous bunnies here soon.
